| Experienced | | The Managing Director, Antoine, has spent many years project managing construction contracts around the world. He has a hand-on approach working on site alongside his team and has an extensive knowledge in the field of sustainable building technique and energy saving materials. As such he is an active member of the AECB (Association for Environment Conscious Building) and is also a member of the Green Register. |
| Great People | Kithurst Builders has a strong belief in training and development within the firm. In 2008 we successfully renewed the prestigious accreditation of an Investor in People. We have also recently taken on our fifth apprentice. The training is done through the CITB system (Construction Industry Training Board).
Our team's ages range from 16 to 64 years old! The firm has a wealth of experience in the building industry, from traditional to high-tech.
We also have a very experienced team of specialist sub-contractors, who work together on projects as one big family firm. Many of these sub-contractors have been with us from the time that the business was established in 1991. |

| Comprehensive Services | In the last 18 years Kithurst Builders successfully converted traditional stone, flint and timber frame barns, constructed several new houses and studios of different sizes, and extensions, refurbished an 8-bedroom country estate house, renovated both listed buildings and numerous period cottages and built an indoor swimming pool. We are currently working on various projects including a new build, and some extensions (one of which is an eco-extension and another one is for Our Lady of England Priory ).
The firm also undertakes smaller general building work and maintenance contracts. These can be 1/2 a day's work or more and in our eyes they are as important projects as the larger ones and play an important role in our turnover.
Given that we are in the heart of the countryside, we also have experience with agricultural buildings and we are currently erecting a steel frame cattle barn.
