An eco-barn conversion that we undertook. Traditional lime mortar was used for both the stone work and the bricks. Materials were locally sourced. A rainwater harvesting system was installed for the washing machine and flushing the toilets. This building has the same U value all around of 0.18 and a passive vent system was adopted for air change and quality. The pictures show how the building progressed.
